💰 Rent: Please make sure rent is paid on time as agreed — no excuses or delays.
👤 Only the registered people named on application are permitted to stay.
💧 Save water: Tank water is in use, so please keep showers short and turn taps off when not needed.
⚡ Save power: Please switch off lights, fans, air-con and appliances when you’re not using them.
📶 Wi-Fi & electricity: Fair use applies. Please use Wi-Fi and electricity reasonably and avoid excessive or unnecessary use.
🚭 No smoking or vaping: Please smoke or vape outside only.
🕯️ No candles or incense: No candles, incense or naked flames inside the rooms.
🧹 Keep it tidy: Clean up after yourself and leave shared areas as you found them.
🤝 Be respectful: Please respect other guests, the property and our neighbours.

Important By submitting this application, I understand that: 1. This is private, owner-occupied accommodation. 2. Only the registered guest/s named on the agreement may stay overnight. 3. I will pay rent on time as agreed. 4. A $500 bond applies. 5. I will keep my room and shared areas clean and tidy. 6. I will follow the house rules and respect the owner, other guests and neighbours. 7. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. 8. Candles, incense and other open flames are not permitted inside. 9. Fair-use conditions apply to Wi-Fi, electricity and water. 10. The accommodation is self-catering and housekeeping is not provided. 11. Copy of Passport or drivers licence will also be required on arrival.
